About Total Welding, Inc.
Founded in 1997, Total Welding, Inc. (TWI) began as a small full-service welding company performing miscellaneous welding and fabrication projects throughout the Denver area. With limited resources but a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and determination to grow, the company steadily built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Over time, TWI evolved from handling small welding projects into becoming one of Denver’s premier structural welding firms, earning the trust of clients and industry partners through consistent performance and a dedication to excellence.
As the company continued to grow, TWI strategically narrowed its focus to the highly specialized and tradition-rich trade of Structural Steel Erection. Recognizing an opportunity to build something exceptional in the steel industry, TWI committed to mastering the complexities of structural steel erection and to becoming a leader in the field. That decision laid the foundation for the company’s long-term success and helped establish its identity within Colorado’s construction industry.
As proud members of Ironworkers Local Union #24, Total Welding, Inc. became part of a brotherhood of skilled tradespeople responsible for shaping America’s skylines for generations. With its sights set on helping build the skyline of Denver and the rapidly growing Front Range, TWI worked tirelessly to become one of the most respected steel erection contractors in the region. Through strong leadership, exceptional field personnel, and an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and performance, TWI quickly rose above the competition and established itself as the premier AISC-certified steel erector in the State of Colorado.
Today, TWI remains a 100% union contractor and has proudly maintained its partnership with Ironworkers Local #24 and the AFL-CIO for almost three decades. Fully insured and bonded, the company has completed a wide variety of projects ranging from miscellaneous metals and small specialty scopes to large, highly complex structural steel projects exceeding 4,000 tons.
Built on hard work, integrity, craftsmanship, and strong relationships, Total Welding, Inc. continues to be recognized as a trusted construction partner capable of delivering challenging projects safely, efficiently, and at the highest level of quality. With a team-driven culture and a passion for excellence, TWI remains committed to helping shape the future of Colorado’s built environment while honoring the traditions and values that have defined the company since day one.
